Questions

What photo works best?

A clear, bright photo where faces are easy to see. Close-ups work best. Up to 3 people or pets in one photo.

Will it look like them?

You see the painting before you pay. If you do not love it, try another style or ask us to fix something, free.

Is a set the same picture on each ornament?

Yes. A set of 3 or 5 is the same painting on every ornament. For different photos, add each ornament to your cart on its own.

Will the hole go through a face?

No. The picture is painted with the top left for sky or background, so the hanging hole never cuts into a face.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by the date shown above the Add to cart button and it arrives in time. Each one is made to order and printed in the USA.

Can you paint children?

No, sorry. We paint adults, pets and homes.

What if I do not love it?

Love it or your money back within 30 days of delivery. Damaged in the post? We replace it free.
