Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kozar Solutions, doing business as Loved Ones & Co ("we", "us"). By using lovedonesandco.com or placing an order, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to order.
What we do
You upload a photo of adults, pets, a home or a place you love. Our AI paints it in the style you pick, and you see the painting on the product for free. If you order, we print that painting on the product and ship it to you.
What we paint, and what we don't
We paint adults, pets, homes and places. We never paint children. Please don't upload a photo of anyone under 18.
We also don't accept photos that show famous people, cartoon, game or film characters, logos, brand names, team crests or flags, nudity or sexual content, violence, or anything meant to mock, harass or threaten someone.
Our photo check looks at every upload for these. If a photo can't be used, we tell you why and delete it at once.
Your photo
When you upload a photo you confirm that:
- you took it, or you have the permission of the person who did (a professional portrait belongs to the photographer);
- every adult in the photo has agreed to appear on your gift;
- it breaks none of the rules above.
You keep ownership of your photo. You give us permission to use it only to make your painting and your order, which means sending it to the companies that help us make and ship it (see our Privacy Policy). We never use your photo or your painting in our ads or on our pages without your separate written yes.
If a photo is used without the right to use it, you are responsible for any claim that comes from it, and you agree to cover our costs for it.
We may refuse, cancel and refund
We may refuse any photo, and cancel any painting or order, that breaks these terms, that our checks flag, or that our printer declines to print. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full. We may also decline an order from anyone who has broken these terms before.
Your painting
Your painting is created by artificial intelligence from your photo. No two paintings are the same, and the printed painting can differ a little from the preview on the screen: colors print differently on fabric, canvas and ceramic, and screens vary.
You may use your painting for personal purposes: print it, frame it, share it, give it as a gift. You may not sell it or use it to sell products.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Shipping within the US is included. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Orders, delivery and refunds
Every product is made to order. Delivery dates are shown at checkout. Our money-back guarantee, what happens when a print is late, and how we replace a damaged or lost one are in our Sales policy, which is part of these terms.
Reporting a photo or a painting
If you believe a painting uses your photo, your artwork or your likeness without permission, email us. How we handle it is on our Copyright and takedown page.
Our responsibility
We do our best, and the service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
