See it before you buy it
Every painting is shown to you on the product, for free, before you pay. You can try another style, or ask for a fix, as many times as you like before you order. Nothing is printed until you have seen it and paid.
Love it or your money back
If you don't love your print, or it doesn't look like them, email us at hello@lovedonesandco.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of it. We'll refund you in full, to the card or other way you paid. There's no need to send it back.
If you'd rather keep it and have it repainted, we'll paint it again for free instead, as often as it takes within those 30 days, and send you one new print of the painting you choose, free. The free reprint is one per item.
Made to order
Each item is made to order for you and printed in the USA. We ship to US addresses only. Prices include shipping and tax. All prices of taxable items include sales tax reimbursement computed to the nearest mill.
Your delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout, for the state you are in. Alaska and Hawaii take longer, and so do the weeks from mid-November to the end of December. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
If your order is running late, we'll email you a new date, and you can cancel it for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
Your order goes to the printer as soon as you pay, so it can't be changed after that. The money-back promise above still covers you.
Damaged, misprinted or lost in the mail
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of when it should have arrived, with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged), and we'll send you a new one free. We always replace these, and it doesn't use up your free reprint above.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged twice, or anything else isn't right, email us and we'll make it right, usually within one business day.
Payment problems
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us before contacting your bank; we can usually sort it out quickly.
